NOTE: near Robinson Magnolia DIRECTIONS: From N. Domingo St. turn to Doña Hemady (one way street), left to 1st Street. It is the last house and grey gate on your right side before you hit Gilmore St.
BRING ALWAYS: socks, 1 yoga mat or beach towel in every class, 2 bed pillows (optional), paper & ball pen for notes, snacks and drinks for yourselves, baby doll & receiving blanket on last day only.
WEAR: Comfy lose casual clothes, pants or leggings or a long loose skirt for the lad
ies, close or tight fitting blouse where your breasts do not show when you bend forward for the pelvic rocks exercises.

Day 3: Drugs & Medication, Tests & Interventions, Cesarean, Panic Routine, Positions in Labor, Massages & Comfort Measures, Breathing & Relaxation, Pushing
Day 4: The New Born Appearance & Baby Care, Safe Sleeping for infants to prevent SIDS, Swaddling, Breastfeeding, Postpartum, Review on Breathing, Positions, Massages, Pushing etc..(the importance of savings)
Graduation, Awarding of Certificates & pot luck (if venue will permit food and drinks)
