What better way then to capture these life time events...those fun and intimate moments with your partner doing birth classes, experiencing your labor and birth together and most especially bonding with your newborn for the first time during your birth... Your Daddy was there at your birth!
I wish I had someone who took photos of the memorable moments I spent with each and every one of my babies. I would love to go back in time to remember and to look at them. And when my children are grown, how wonderful to be able to show them our precious moments together. I'd like them to experience with me what I experienced with them at their birth, during our rooming in together, our one on one breastfeeding sessions and our sleepless nights, their special bonding time with Daddy and a whole lot more. I'd like my children to see the sacrifices I went through for them because I loved them and to tell them it was all worth it. I'd like them to know how precious and important they are in my life and how much I treasure each and every one of them. Pictures do that for us. It freezes the moment...how I wished...

No better joy did I feel than to see my daughter give birth to her daughter the Mother Nature Way and to see her determine and dedicated to breasfeed her daughter for years to come. What a joy to see how much motherly influence I had robbed on to her. The sacrifices of parenting is not all in vain. How wonderful to see and experience a new generation dedicated to mtoherhood and for her to pass this on to her daughter, to another generation. And I pray to another generation and to another and so forth and so on...
She quite her job to be a full time loving wife and a caring mother. And now she decided to do something she loves...

PCC 211 Childbirth Class Photos (Part 3 of 3)
My last and final post for the first class of PCC 211 (May Class 2012 in Tesa's Yoga Studio in Pasig)... Its been awhile since I last attended my Mom's childbirth class. The last time I sat in a group class, I was still a single teenager. It was always interesting to me, but never relate-able. This time I attended with a different perspective. Just like the other students, I was married. Childbirth and breastfeeding was also very fresh in my memory.
I still remember the apprehensions I had about giving birth, even more about giving birth naturally! I remember how my husband wanted to offer his support, but often times didnt know exactly how. I remember all the new things happening to my mind and body - the emotional and physical roller coaster of being pregnant for the first time. I remember knowing all this information about being pregnant and giving birth and wanting to impart the knowledge to my husband...
Its amazing how the class helps in all these areas. Its a very casual and comfortable atmosphere that does much more than classroom teaching. Its a very open and free-flowing session. What starts off as a seemingly formal class ends up to be a congregation of friends sharing common experiences and learning from each other.
